Introducing Zamajal as a destination, not just a property
A remote wellness retreat with an extraordinary setting and almost no digital presence to prove it existed.
The challenge
Zamajal's remoteness was the entire point — an escape genuinely off the grid — but that same remoteness meant almost no one could find it online before opening. The brand had to build trust in a place people had never heard of, sight unseen, before a single guest arrived.
We built the launch around radical specificity: the actual land, the actual builders, the actual isolation, rather than generic wellness-retreat imagery. Content leaned into the discomfort of remoteness as the selling point instead of smoothing it over, attracting exactly the guest who wanted that experience.
Zamajal opened with direct bookings well ahead of typical launch benchmarks for a property with zero prior brand recognition, and media coverage picked up the same specificity the brand had leaned into from day one.
