Repositioning Pasha from neighborhood spot to destination
A well-loved Mediterranean restaurant group that had strong local word of mouth but no brand strong enough to travel beyond it.
The challenge
Pasha had earned genuine loyalty the old-fashioned way — good food, consistent service, years of regulars — but that reputation lived entirely in the neighborhood. Expansion required a brand that could introduce itself convincingly to people with no prior relationship to it.
We built a visual and verbal identity around the specific rituals of Pasha's kitchen — the shared plates, the slow-cooked staples, the hospitality that made regulars in the first place — and made that the center of every new location's launch story instead of generic "new restaurant" marketing.
Each new Pasha location has opened with a stronger identity than the last, translating a neighborhood favorite's word-of-mouth into a brand that new markets can actually recognize on sight.
